Prof. Andy Bulabula, is a physician–epidemiologist and international expert in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC). Founder and Lead Educator of IPC Academy Online, he has shaped IPC programs and policies across 55 African countries as the former Head of the IPC Unit at Africa CDC. A WHO Guidelines Development Group member, Dr. Bulabula has published in Nature, The Lancet, and Clinical Infectious Diseases, bridging science, policy, and frontline implementation.
